Considering the amount of dung making its way around circles in Germany at the time, The Ruins of Beverast are like a breath of vile air, for Beverast has a original sound, unique song writing and manages to still be able to repulse at times.
This release showed that there is still lots to offer within Black Metal and Dark music in todays scene.
