Deathwish - Demon Preacher

So, the other day I was listening to this album while furiously forcing a beer bottle into the orifice of a fat fucking cunt, and it occured to me that I should post it up. Nothing special here, but what thrash album is? It's the music of booze, broads, and body odor. But hey, there isn't anything wrong with that. Those are the fundamentals of what makes metal great. and speaking of great metal, I present you with Demon Preacher. A smashhammer of an album that doesn't let up. Its sound emobodies poverty, as if the movie The Gate decided to start a thrash act. Catchy vocals (no homo, honest) furious riffs, and drumming that would make Elizaveat proud are what this album is composed of. Even includes a cover of Black Sabbath's Symptom of the Universe, doing away with the hippie acoustic part since they are no vegans. One of the UKs best thrash releases for sure. I defy anyone to listen to this while intoxicated and not at least think it's an 80%.

Der Blutharsch

One of the most important bands in the martial industrial movement, and also one of the most interesting ones to follow the evolution of. Starting from the remains of The Moon Lay Hidden Beneath A Cloud (who will one day get their own Xul post), DB began as a more simplistic loop based sound with shouted or spoken words over the militant bombast. Eventually, as all great bands do, the main man got tired of his original efforts and began to bring in outsiders for collaboration to breathe new life into the band. Thus abandoning their militant cultural concept for a militant kink and substance abuse concept, which while always underlying, never really had the chance to come to the surface as it eventually did. The drugs run deep and the music runs more meaningful as a result. The music is a bit stiff and ambient in the early days, and extremely playful in the later days... Borrowing from many sources, in particular a strong Ennio Morricone feel. Obviously everything should be devoured ravenously. But due to the incredible amount of material available here, might I suggest you start with albums like "The pleasures received in pain" and "The track of the hunted" for the early days, "Time is the enemy" and "When all else fails!" for the mid era transition, and then the full blown fun of "The philosopher's stone" "When did wonderland end?", "Flying high!" and "Everything is alright!" for the latter day.. Do grab them all if you find this band interesting, they have a lot to offer.

Hellshock-They wait for you still

More crusty goodness to fuel your late night mayhem.

Fuck off and die

Buyer's Market

Peter Sotos is a fascinating man. One that turns the accepted world you live in and shoves its true hypocrisy right back at you. You cry victim / You cry wolf. You want justice? / You want revenge. You want to see people punished for abusing children? / You want to see the children abused, as long as there is justice / revenge to give you a smile at the end. To send you off.. happy, perhaps with a mild cum stain in your pants or some vaginal secretions in your underwear? Wolves in sheep's clothing you all are... A hungry massive mob that devours everything possible in the human condition. You are diseased, only without feeling it. Thinking you are the cure. The African raping the Virgin to cure his AIDS. Your intentions may seem noble, but the end result is the same. You say you love your children, yet you love to watch the stories of other children being tortured, just to feel better about being a parent. Then when it comes around you become that same model for a victim, "Never to anyone else...", you relish in your new role as a martyr to some cause to save whatever useless offspring someone else spawned. Your hypocrisy knows no bounds, you contribute to a Buyer's Market.

Truly one of the most life changing experiences Xul will give you. Listen at your own risk, this is not for the squeamish, and we are not fukking around.

THE FUKKING SOURCE

G.L.O.D.

It's no secret that The Xulim believe in the rhythmic power of industrial. While metal is an excellent mood music and party killer. There is something about the haunting and pounding of machine precision and horror ambience that engulfs your being and turns you into a killing machine. G.LO.D. are a relatively unknown ritual industrial / ambient project that appeared in the US during the early 90s and then disappeared without a trace. Maybe they found their own mothership, maybe they died in a mass suicide... Or just broke up and moved to other things. Either way they left behind a couple of albums, this being their debut. If anyone out there knows where to find their second album, Gnosis, hit me up. Possibly one of the only good things to ever come out of Detroit.

YOU SHALL WONDER WHY ALL DIE TRYING

BARRAFALSE

KERMADEC EXEKUTION

The Xul tribunal has reached an accord. It is simply time to remove a fallen Xulim.
The continued cries of BARRAFALSE cannot be ignored any longer. Perhaps it was the relocation to the m:7 sector that exposed him to high levels of femmenerd radiation. Perhaps it was the love of mediocre metal... The posting of Runemagick. The lack of any substantial posts. Definitely the renunciation of Portal is akin to a death sentence itself.
Xul is not here to ponder, Xul only removes its tumors, and there is only one way to kill the weak in style.
So, we hereby condemn Kermadec_Xul to the cold vacuum of space. May his frozen corpse float for eons until it is engulfed by a black hole.
